About these terms

These terms cover your use of the website at sixo.agency, operated by Sixo Agency, a sole proprietorship owned by Darren Walker in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.

These are terms for the website, not a contract for work. Every project is quoted individually, and the terms of any project live in the written quote and agreement for that project. Nothing on this page sets a price, a scope or a deadline.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, print and share anything here. What you may not do is attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it at a scale that affects other visitors, submit the forms automatically, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a contract and does not commit either of us to anything. It starts a conversation. A free audit or consultation is exactly that: free, and with no obligation on you to buy afterwards.

Work only begins once a written quote has been provided and accepted. Until then, nothing said here or by email is an offer capable of acceptance.

Our content

The writing, design, code and images on this site belong to Sixo Agency unless stated otherwise. You may quote or reference reasonable extracts with credit and a link. Please do not republish substantial parts of it as your own.

Client names, logos and screenshots appear on this site to identify work we have done. Those brands belong to their owners, not to us, and their appearance here is not an endorsement of Sixo Agency by them unless they have said so themselves.

Links to other sites

This site links to client websites and other third party pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep everything here accurate and current, including the reviews, the service descriptions and the case studies. We do not promise the site will always be available or entirely free of errors. Advice in articles on this site is general and may not fit your situation.

We make no guarantee about search rankings or business results. Search engines are outside anyone's control, and any agency claiming otherwise is guessing.
