Yes. No card, no obligation, and no contract at the end of it. You get the findings and they are yours to act on however you like, including handing them to another agency.
How long does it take to get the results?
Usually a couple of business days, then a call to walk through it in plain language. You will not be sent a forty page PDF and left to interpret it.
What if the audit says my site is fine?
Then you get told that. It happens, and it is a better outcome for everyone than selling a rebuild that was not needed. Usually the recommendation in that case is to spend the money on local SEO or your Google Business Profile instead.
Do I have to hire you afterwards?
No, and there is no follow up sequence waiting for you. If the fixes are things you can handle in house, the report is written so you can do exactly that.
