Do I have to host with you?
No. Sites built here are yours and can be hosted wherever you like. Most people choose the care plan because it removes a job they do not want, not because they are required to.
What does a care plan include?
Hosting, an SSL certificate, automatic backups, software updates, uptime monitoring and ongoing edits. It gets scoped on the same free call as everything else, with the cost fixed up front.
How quickly do edits get made?
Usually the same day or the next business day for anything small. Bigger pieces of work get a date before they start, so you are never left wondering.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. If you leave, the site and the domain go with you, and any help needed to move it is not held hostage.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring flags it and it gets looked at straight away, with a restorable backup available if something needs rolling back. Static sites on edge hosting have very little that can break, which is much of the point.
Can you look after a site somebody else built?
Often yes, depending on what it was built on and what state it is in. That gets checked first, honestly, because taking on a site nobody can safely maintain helps neither of us.
