Lead generation in Grande Prairie.
Plenty of businesses have visitors and no leads. The gap between those two is usually small, specific and fixable, and it is almost never the thing people assume it is.
Visitors are not customers.
You can double your traffic and take exactly the same number of calls. Traffic is a number that flatters everybody. What matters is how many of those people got far enough to contact you, and what happened in the hour after they did.
Most of the loss happens in two places. The page asks for too much, too early, from somebody who has been on it for nine seconds. Or the enquiry arrives and nobody answers it until Tuesday.
Neither one is a marketing problem in the way it gets sold. They are plumbing problems, and plumbing is fixable without spending more on ads.
The other quiet killer is not knowing. If nothing is tracking which call came from where, then every decision after that is a guess dressed up as a strategy.
What actually gets fixed.
Not more traffic. The distance between somebody landing and somebody calling, and what happens after they do.

Find where people are dropping
Which pages people arrive on, how far they get, and where they leave. Usually one or two pages are doing most of the losing, and they are rarely the ones anybody suspects.
-
Ask for less
A form with eleven fields is a form most people abandon. Ask for what you need to have the first conversation and nothing more. Name, number, and what they need is usually the whole list.
-
Give people the way they prefer
Some people will fill a form, some will only ever tap a phone number, and some want to send a message at eleven at night. Offer all three rather than betting the business on one.
-
Track the call, not just the click
Calls and form fills recorded against the source that produced them, so you can see which of your marketing is paying for itself and which is quietly costing you.
-
Answer faster
A lead answered in five minutes and the same lead answered the next day are not the same lead. Automatic acknowledgements and a simple routine for who replies and when.
-
Report it plainly
How many enquiries, from where, and what they were about. No dashboard you never log into and no metric that measures effort rather than outcome.
Four steps, no mystery.
Marketing gets sold as a mystery.
Jargon, dashboards nobody opens, and a bill that never quite explains itself.
This runs the opposite way.
You always know what was done, why it was done and what it changed.
Same four steps, every month.
Nothing starts until you have seen the plan and said yes.
Lead generation, in their words.

The usual questions.
Do you buy or sell lead lists?
No. Bought lists are cold, usually stale and often not legal to email in Canada under CASL. Everything here is about people who came looking for what you do, which is the only kind of lead worth having.
How many leads should I expect?
Nobody honest will give you a number without seeing your traffic, your market and what you sell. What you get here is a plain read on how many enquiries you get now and where they are being lost, and then the fixes in the order that moves the most.
Do I need to spend money on ads for this?
Not necessarily. A lot of the gain is in what happens to the traffic you already have. If ads make sense afterwards, that gets said plainly, and by then you will be able to measure whether they worked.
What is call tracking and do I need it?
It records which marketing source produced each phone call. For a business that gets most of its work by phone, it is the difference between knowing and guessing. It does not change your number and customers never notice it.
Will this work if I only serve a small area?
It usually works better. A smaller area means less competition for the searches that matter and a shorter distance between somebody finding you and somebody hiring you.
Who actually does the work?
Darren does. Sixo Agency is one person in Grande Prairie, so the person on your first call is the one doing the work and the one you phone when something looks off. Nothing gets handed to a junior or sent offshore.
Also under internet marketing.
